Butler Tires and Wheels

I’ve been doing business with Cliff and the team at Butler Tire in Roswell since 2015, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else. Their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and quality of service have consistently exceeded my expectations over the years. Cliff and his staff have always treated me with respect, taken the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure my vehicle is properly taken care of. Finding a shop you can truly trust is important, especially when it comes to your vehicle, and Butler Tire is that place for me. After more than 10 years of excellent service, I have no reason to take my vehicle anywhere else. I highly recommend Cliff and the entire Butler Tire team to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and reliable automotive shop. They have definitely earned my business and loyalty!

I had a great experience at Butler Tires & Wheels in Buckhead. They performed a repair on a tire that another shop said wasn’t possible because I have run-flats. The team was friendly, professional, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area was also cool and comfortable. Overall, excellent service with no complaints. I’ll definitely be back when I need tire service in the future.

I Had 4 tires mounted and balanced. My service person was Jason Najarro. He did a great job explaining the service for my vehicle. My car has large OEM wheels with very sensitive computer enhanced steering and traction controls. Having all 4 tires precisely balanced for high speed driving makes a big difference. Highly recommend Butler Tire in Buckhead. Jason., you are totally appreciated. The car rides like it's brand new !!!

This is the damages/scratches to my rims after having my back tires replaced. Both rims with the same circular scratches/damage in the same location on each rim. Yet the excuse was that nothing they used could have caused the damages; which is laughable! I have been a customer for years, however, NO MORE!. The lack of professionalism from management and work quality is gone. I gave the management time to rectify this issue, however, not even a response. The sad part is they assured me that the best technician would do the work. This is an unacceptable response from what used to a reputable business. The below response, from Butler Tire, is laughable! It appears to be a standard response to make it appear they are attempting to resolve the issue. "HAVING TROUBLE LOCATING ANY TRANSACTIONS!" I suggest that you check the over 20K PAID IN FULL invoices that you have on file in my name...

I have trusted Butler Tire with my vehicles for nearly ten years, and they continue to exceed expectations. Clif and Alex are true professionals who consistently operate at the highest level. Most recently, they mounted my new wheels and took the time to ensure the fitment was absolutely correct. Their attention to detail and precision gave me complete confidence driving off the lot. What sets Butler apart is not just the technical expertise, but the overall experience. The facility is clean, organized, and welcoming, with a spacious waiting area that makes the process comfortable. Wait times are efficient, especially considering the quality of work being performed. When it comes to wheels, fitment, and overall care, this is the only place I trust. I will continue bringing my vehicles here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dependable service.
